I am not a fan of your banner. I am sorry. It is too much white space. I like the design and colors, but you guys are anything but boring and plain (that's what all the white says to me). Maybe a bright yellow or purple would be really cute. I hope that doesn't offend anyone, it is just my opinion. I have followed this blog for a long time

I like the banner. :) I too have been following you through feed to my reader... but I fixed that and clicked on the button to add me to your follower list.
Hmmm... being a regular customer, I'd have to agree with a couple others that the banner doesn't quite reflect the attitude of the store. Shasta and all are so much more vibrant. Maybe just some more pops of color would do it. I love the play on words though!

Like some of the others, I'm not so much digging the banner - too much white space, definitely. I think I liked the old one because it was the same as on the online store. I'm that kind of person though, everything has to be matchy-matchy (I still refuse to mix brown and black). haha

Love the sale btw. Stopped in on Thursday and dropped a wad on about 30 yards of fabric for my stash :) I am currently in fabric heaven!
I like the banner and love the simplicity of it. I also think it really represents your store. The only think I would change would be to make the title larger. I love your store and I'm hoping to make it to that area for the big sale! Lori

I love the banner i think it is quite retro- which I love- maybe a little more color to make it pop
I love the idea. The saying is sew cute,and I love the art work, it just needs to be brighter. But the design depicts the retro feel of the store. I wish I was as talented as you!

I like the banner, I don't love it, it's okay, nice patterns in the different objects, but the background is to plain for me... I do like the words...

I like it - retro and eye catching, but I agree with some other commenters - the colors could be brighter.
